  • Only fill out this form if you already have an existing Flex Pay account and your partner / host / consortium has changed.

    We can not change your email address. To change your email address please re-certify with your new email address.

    We will validate proof of membership for the partner you are changing to. We accept personal IATA VER numbers located on your IATA card, personal CLIA Embarc numbers located on your CLIA card, a verification letter issued by the partner stating you are in good standing dated within the last year, or a copy of your partner contract dated within the past 2 years. If you do not have access to any of those, we recommend you reach out to your partner to have them issue you a verification letter. If your agency is a member of a larger host or consortia we can accept verification letters from your specific agency, pending we are able to validate the relationship.

    If you are changing to Carnival GoCCL, you will only be allowed to use that account for Carnival Cruise Line purchases, a proof of membership is not required for Carnival GoCCL.

    If you are changing your account from Carnival GoCCL, you will no longer have access to the Carnival special financing offers for your customer.

    Each change request can take up to 5 business days to be reviewed.

    You may only update your Flex Pay Partner every 6 months.
